Job Description

  • Responsible for administration of BTE Media websites in particular the WOWOnlinetutor website platform and as agreed with the Director.
  • Assist the tech development team.
  • Communicate with users (Arabic/English), explain website functions and provide IT support.
  • Oversee website administration, hosting, server administration, technical assistance, password access, and onboarding.
  • Website analytics, security, archiving and accessibility.
  • Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues.
  • Ensure the security and efficiency of IT infrastructure.
  • Maintain, upgrade and manage software, hardware and networks.
  • Manage security and data protection.

Requirements

  • Must oversee the systems administrator role and be able to support other team members in the tech group.
  • Must have own visa.
  • With both Arabic and English speaking skills. 
  • Minimum 1 year of experience.

Note:-  

  • Candidate must provide a copy of CV outlining experience and education in this field.

Terms:-

  • The successful candidate will be placed on a two month internship. After which, a offer of employment will be extended and negotiated and adjusted in accordance to the wishes of both parties BTE Media and the employed party.
  • Initially, the successful candidate will be placed on a 2-month internship and then enter into a contract of employment.

Hours of Work:-

  • The hours of work are flexible. However, it is expected that the employed party will conduct 4 hours daily for 6 days a week with total hours of at least 24 hours a week. Most of the work will need to be conducted from the afternoon until night.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
